Established in 1992, Al Forno Trattoria is probably one of the few rare family dining restaurants in Singapore to incorporate the use of open-flame grill oven in its restaurant.
Al Forno means ‘from the oven’ and this is how we prepare some of our most popular authentic Italian cuisine. By this traditional style of cooking, coupled with our use of excellent basic ingredients, our dishes are simply cooked and able to retain their original goodness and freshness.
While our well loved signature dish ‘Spaghetti Cartoccio’ (seafood in a bag) remains a hot favourite, we continue to pursue new creations to satisfy you…our valued customers. You will truly be delighted with our variety of flavours and inventiveness in preparation our dishes as well as our finest choice of Italian wines to compliment your meals.
As you fondly remember us at our first location opposite Novena Church, we have retained the cosy and homely ambience in all our outlets. Like the cheerful lady on our logo, our staff are warm, friendly and always ready to be at your service.
To bring our excellent cuisine closer to you, we will be opening more branches in the heart of Singapore and overseas outlets in Japan, India and London.
